- Payment info: Processed securely by Stripe. We do not store credit card numbers.

4. SMS Messaging
By providing your phone number, you consent to receive SMS messages from Koa, including:
- Login verification codes (from our system number)
- AI coaching messages (from your dedicated coaching number)
- Workout reminders, check-ins, and progress updates
- Billing and subscription alerts
You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message. Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies based on your coaching plan and activity.
5. Data Sharing
We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with:
- Stripe: Payment processing
- Twilio: SMS delivery
- Anthropic: AI model provider (processes coaching conversations)
- Supabase: Database hosting
- Vercel: Application hosting
6. Data Retention
We retain your data for as long as your account is active. If you cancel, we delete your personal data within 30 days. Anonymized, aggregate data may be retained for service improvement.
